If you choose to apply online you'll need your 8-digit mortgage account number, property address and the name of the Godiva mortgages product you've picked.

 

Once you've logged on, we'll guide you through each step. It'll take about 15 minutes. But remember, we won't give you specialist advice.

 

If you don't meet the minimum requirements, please contact us on 0800 121 6162. We're open Monday to Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday 9am-2pm.

Apply by phone

If you apply by phone, we'll guide you through the process and advise which product might be best for you. It'll take around 45 minutes for a simple rate change, and a bit longer for anything else.


Once we've agreed your new rate, we'll send you all the paperwork. You'll just need to sign (an e-signature is fine).
